Playa Encanto Rules
These are the basic guidelines for the owners and guests in Playa Encanto. These rules are in place to help ensure that our community is safe and comfortable for everyone.
Bylaws

Plot Plan
The Plot Plan is a series of maps that show the location of each of the lots within Playa Encanto.
PDP (Partial Development Plan)
Our Partial Development Plan (PDP) is part of Puerto Peñasco’s Urban Development Plan, approved by the City and State of Sonora. It has the force of law, setting zoning and development standards and authorizing the HOA to collect service fees to fund essential community services.
