On Novemer 9, 2025 we said goodbye to our PENCA President Stacy Pascoe, who passed away unexpectedly at home due to health complications. He leaves behind a legacy of service, compassion, and strength that profoundly shaped our communit

Stacy, and his wife Candi, bought a beach front home in PLaya Encanto and almost immediately got involved in the PENCA community. Following his father’s advise of “If you want to see change, then you need to get involved” Stacy was elected as President of the PENCA Board of Directors in 2022.

Stacy brought a uniquely inclusive style of leadership to Playa Encanto. He made it a priority to listen, to invite participation, and to ensure that every member of our community felt valued and respected. His ability to bring people together, encourage open conversation, and build unity was one of his greatest gifts. Stacy’s approach strengthened our community and will remain an example for all of us moving forward
