Install the PENCA Emergency App on Your Android Phone

Estimated Installation time: About 3 minutes

Requirement: WhatsApp must be installed WhatsApp is a free calling app. If you do not already have it installed on your Andriod Phone, click here to download it from Google Play

Note: Android phones vary by manufacturer and version, so the prompts displayed during installation may differ slightly. This is normal. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Android may display security warnings during installation. This is normal when installing PENCA Emergency directly from the PENCA website.

Step 1 - Install the PENCA Emergency App

Download and install the PENCA Emergency app on your Android phone.

Tap the button below. Then tap Open, followed by Install.

When the installation is complete, Android will display Done and Open. Tap Open to continue setting up PENCA Emergency.

Step 2 - Complete the One-Time Setup

Tap Continue Setup and allow the requested permissions when prompted.

  • If WhatsApp Setup Needed appears, tap Initialize WhatsApp.

  • The PENCA Emergency conversation will open in WhatsApp. Press your phone's Back button twice.

  • Setup Complete will appear automatically. Tap Done.

Installation Complete

Congratulations! PENCA Emergency is now installed and ready to use.

To place an emergency call, tap the red PENCA Emergency icon on your phone.
