It is at the tourista kiosk for Mayan palace and for USA bound menu sign for insurance rates. On the roof is a web cam that faces a full view of the road toward Sonoyta. The top cam is Nogales, scroll down to the Lukeville one. You will need to add the plustek add on to view it.

The time may be off but the sunset showed me it was a live feed.

I tried it and the plustek add on has had no effect to my computer here.
