This is a list of some other area HOA fees that members pay. It's just an FYI incase you have wondered about the Playa Encanto fee structure.

There is no fee increase for Playa Encanto for the 2012 calendar year. There has been a drop in revenue this year and the budget had to be cut to balance for next year. Please come to the meeting on November 12th to learn more.

Here is the list.

Cholla Bay's dues are $200 per year; land or home. This is basically for trash pick up I understand. The roads are maintained by the Browns and Police is present.

Costa Diamante $ 1,680.00 per year for homes, $ 840.00 for lots   .

La Jolla's dues are $1,980.00 per year paid quarterly. No info on lots was provided.

Playa Miramar homes are $550.00 a year and single lots are $150.00 a year.

Las Conchas $1,200 per year homes only.
