Emergency Response Procedure

    If you have an emergency at the beach or in your home on the beach,
please make sure that the following steps are followed.

    1.  Immediately contact Security.  The guards should notify the Police
or Fire Department, if necessary.  They will also contact Christian Tanori,
our Beach Manager, immediately. He should always be notified of any
emergencies.

    2.  Christian will also help with contacting the Red Cross or an
ambulance if needed. He will assist with any translation necessary.  He will notify the
board of any emergencies and also contact the homeowner.  If you have insurance,
the Insurance Company should be notified immediately.

    3.  Christian's cell number is: 638-113-4557.  The guards can reach him
by radio, if he is not at the Beach Office or Guard Gate.  The Direct Line to the
Fire Department is 068.

    4.  As a Homeowner, please make sure that your Phone Number and an
Emergency  Contact Name and Number are on file.  An Emergency Card File will be
kept in the Office.
