Attention:::: ALL Playa Encanto home/land owners. Puerto Pensaco has posted a large Orange sign close to the entrance of Playa Encanto. It has to do with our City Taxes and Beach Front Federal Zone Taxes. These taxes are due every January. I assume these notices will or are being posted all around RP.

1. CITY TAX. Everyone has to pay this.

2. FEDERAL ZONE TAX. All Beach front owners are required to pay this. This was noted at the HOA meeting November 3rd 2007 meeting and will be in the minutes.

I assume the bulk of the people pay the taxes. The Federal Zone Tax (beach front only) is new to a lot of us. It is recommended going to town to get paid up.

Mario Chavez does the Federal Tax. He is in the Municipal court yard. You may need to bring a copy of your trust if you have not paid the beach front fees. My understanding is it will go back FIVE years plus interest. Then, you take that paper to the cashier to pay your Federal tax and city tax.

I guess the best way to put it is, It is better you go to go to them, rather them come to you!!!!
